Appointments scheduled Monday through Friday until 9:30 p.m. Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and on an as needed basis after hours Saturday and Sunday. Home visits also available

Traveling Route 2 East and West take Exit 18. Turn right at end of ramp and proceed to second traffic light. Turn right at light on to South Main Street. Continue straight at light to #196 on right.
